What to Expect When You Buy

Two Important Facts

~Please Note: It is necessary that the Second Nature Screen Saver Sampler is installed on your computer prior to installing an image Collection. A link for this Sampler can be found at the top of your personalized download page.

~Save or Open? When downloading a file the “File Download” dialog appears. You can choose either “Save” or “Run”. PLEASE select “Run” to automatically start the installation process. If you want to save first, please save the file to your Desktop, so you can easily find the file when you are ready to install.

Prior to your Purchase

  • Choose the Collection you want to buy and go to that specific product page.

  • When you are choosing a single Collection, make sure you select the button “Click to Order Single Collection.” Please note that all Collections are available as "Download"

  • If you already own a Collection Package, please use the link provided in your order confirmation or the "My Collections" link in the blue left-hand column on our web site to access your Package and add Collections. Do not use the "Click to Order Single Collection" button.
The Purchase Process
  • Press the "Click to Order" button on the specific product page. You will then see a shopping cart page showing the product(s) and quantity you have selected to buy.

  • Check these for accuracy. If the product is incorrect you will need to "Remove" the item from your cart and correctly re-enter the information by pressing the "Continue Shopping" button.

  • When you are ready, choose the "Check Out" button. You may use Yahoo Wallet in our store but it is not required. Click Yahoo Wallet to learn more about this feature.

  • Now complete the order form.

  • View Shopping Cart is a summary of the products being purchased.

  • Shipping Information Second Nature ships NO physical products. All Second Nature collections are downloadable. However, it is necessary to enter state/province and select your country.

  • Billing Information Please enter your billing information in this section. This section must be completed to continue the order process. Be sure the billing address matches the address where your credit card company sends your billing statement. Foreign customers may enter 12345 when asked for a zip code.

    Payment Method: Choose your payment method. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Double check for accuracy to avoid your order being delayed.

    Email Address: On this same billing screen, be sure to include your email address. Be sure to CHECK FOR ACCURACY! Your accurate email address is required so we can deliver your order confirmation and to receive your download link and in the event we must contact you. If you have a mail blocking service, be sure to add secondnature@mr.secondnature.com to your Address Book or "Safe List" so that you can receive the confirmation email with directions and a link to your purchase.

    Coupon or Gift Certificate Code: Scroll down to almost the bottom of this screen to enter any coupon offer or gift certificate codes. If you use the Regular Check-Out Method, at the bottom of the Payment screen on the bottom left, enter your special coupon code. If you use the Yahoo Wallet Method, at the bottom of the Review screen on the bottom left, enter your special coupon code. The discount will be reflected in the final amount owed. If you have a Gift Certificate code, be sure to start the code with the @ symbol. If no codes are used, this field should be left blank.

    Rating: Check the "Rating" box if you would like to give Second Nature a rating. This is optional. Please feel free to make any comments in the comments box.

  • Choose "Continue" to move to the next phase of the purchase. Please note: If any mandatory information is omitted in the Billing Information screen, you will not be able to continue until it is entered.

  • You may now review your order including any applied coupon offer or gift certificate deductions. If the deduction doesn't appear, choose the "Back" button in your browser and make sure it was entered accurately in "Billing Information."

  • Click the "Send Order Button" to submit your order.

  • You will see an order confirmation page with the products you have purchased, your billing and an order number. You may wish to print this screen for future reference. Press the "Continue" button to return to our web site.

    The Confirmation Process

    • You will receive an email from secondnature@mr.secondnature.com shortly after placing your order. (Please do not contact this address. It can not acknowledge or reply to any sent email.) If you have a mail blocking service, be sure to add secondnature@mr.secondnature.com to your Address Book (AOL users) or "Safe List" (Hotmail users) so that you can receive the confirmation email with directions and a link to your purchase.

    • The link for your electronic download Collection will be included in this email to access a personalized page listing your purchases.

    • Click the link to access your purchase.

      ~If you already own a Collection Package, you will be able to add Collections from this link. DO NOT attempt to add and select Collections from our web site store.
