Installing our Screen Saver and Collections

File size expected = xxxxxxx, size returned = xxxxxxx“ error
The installer hangs at some percent (such as 62%)
I install new collections, but they don't show

In the interest of providing timely support to our customers, we are able to reply ONLY to questions that are NOT listed on the support site.

We cannot provide support if you are running a version of software less than 4.18 for Windows, 3.0.2 for Macintosh Classic OS or 1.0.1 for OS X. You should upgrade to the latest version before searching the help database, as these solve most known problems and incompatibilities. The update is free and is available from the Updates & Samplers links of these support pages.

When submitting a Support Request, include your platform (Windows or Mac) and the version of your Operating System.
