I have old image collections on CD's. Can install them on OS X?

The collection installers on diskette and most CD's aren't compatible with Mac OS X, but all of our download versions are. Customer Service will assist you in getting download versions, but first we need some information. Please email Terry in Customer Service and let her know your customer record, or account, information and what collections you have on CD or diskette.

Required customer record information: (If you do not have a customer record we would be happy to create it for you)
1. Name
2. Email (a confirmation will be sent to this address)
3. Street Address
4. City, State, Zip
5. Phone Number (we only use this in the event we need to reach you and email is not working)



To register a CD or diskette collection you have already purchased, Terry will need some form of proof of purchase which can be ANY of the following:
1. Copyright information (it is printed under the text "Screen Saver & Wallpaper for Windows & Mac" OR
2. UPC Barcode numbers OR
3. ISBN numbers OR
4. Unlock code
5. Be sure to include the name of the CD collection you wish to register

That's it! Once Terry has this information she can complete and update your customer record and send you a confirming email. Then you can then download your collections from the internet.
