The Authorization Server generates the error message “Sorry, the unlock attempt failed with the following error: (3) - The server did not recognize that customer information.” when the e-mail address and Postal code you entered at the time of purchase do not match what you entered when authorizing the install. You will need to try again, making sure that you have entered your information exactly as it was provided when you purchase the download. If you have doubled checked that what you enter exactly matches the information on your "My Collections" page (both email and zipcode), please email customer service with complete details and we will fix the problem for you.
