This can be caused by two things: 1) a corrupt image or 2) a bug in earlier code. If you haven't updated recently (after March 21st, 2003), run the updater from Updates & Samplers. If the problem still persists there is something else causing the problem. If you have the latest version installed and there are no corrupted lines in the Slideshw.ini file you will need to uninstall, and then reinstall the collections.
