Sometimes unexplained problems occur. Make sure you have the latest version of our screen saver, located on our web site at Updates & Samplers. When having difficulties it is important to make sure you are installing the latest version. If you have a previous version of our software on your computer make sure that our screen saver application is not running. To close the application, click on the Leaf icon in the SystemTray (the SystemTray is located in the lower right corner of your screen in the area where the time appears) and select 'Exit' from the pop-up menu. On Windows XP some icons may be hidden. Click the right arrow button on the tray to show these hidden icons, and then close the Leaf icon. Also, close all other programs, especially Anti-virus software or those programs that have icons in the SystemTray.
