We cannot provide support if you are running a version of software less than 4.47 for Windows, 3.0.2 for Macintosh Classic OS or 1.2 for OS X. You should upgrade to the latest version before searching the help database, as these solve most known problems and incompatibilities. The update is free and is available from the Updates & Samplers links of these support pages.
